AI Playgroundは、初心者向けの機械学習Webアプリケーションです。以下の機能を提供します：

線形回帰モデルの作成・学習・予測
ロジスティック回帰モデルの作成・学習・予測
LightGBM機械学習モデルの作成・学習・予測
CSVファイルの前処理・集計・分析

AI Playground is a beginner-friendly machine learning web application that provides the following features:

Linear regression model creation, training, and prediction
Logistic regression model creation, training, and prediction
LightGBM machine learning model creation, training, and prediction
CSV file preprocessing, aggregation, and analysis

2. 利用条件 / Terms of Use

本サービスを利用する際は、以下の条件に同意する必要があります：

適法な目的でのみ使用すること
他者の権利を侵害しないこと
サービスに過度な負荷をかけないこと
アップロードするデータの権利を有していること

When using this service, you must agree to the following conditions:

Use only for lawful purposes
Do not infringe on the rights of others
Do not place excessive load on the service
Have rights to the data you upload

3. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Activities

以下の行為は禁止されています：

不正アクセスやハッキング行為
ウイルスやマルウェアのアップロード
個人情報の不正取得・利用
サービスの改ざんや破壊行為
他ユーザーへの迷惑行為

The following activities are prohibited:

Unauthorized access or hacking
Uploading viruses or malware
Unauthorized collection or use of personal information
Tampering with or destroying the service
Harassment of other users

4. 免責事項 / Disclaimer

本サービスは「現状のまま」提供され、以下の免責事項が適用されます：

予測結果の正確性を保証しません
サービスの継続性を保証しません
データの損失について責任を負いません
間接的な損害について責任を負いません

This service is provided "as is" and the following disclaimers apply:

We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions
We do not guarantee service continuity
We are not responsible for data loss
We are not responsible for indirect damages

5. 知的財産権 / Intellectual Property

本サービスのコンテンツ、デザイン、技術は、AI Playgroundの知的財産です。ユーザーがアップロードしたデータの権利は、ユーザーに帰属します。

The content, design, and technology of this service are the intellectual property of AI Playground. Rights to data uploaded by users belong to the users.

6. 利用制限 / Usage Limitations

以下の制限が適用されます：

ファイルサイズ：最大10MB
同時処理：1ユーザーにつき1セッション
保存期間：セッション終了後24時間
使用頻度：合理的な範囲内

The following limitations apply:

File size: Maximum 10MB
Concurrent processing: 1 session per user
Retention period: 24 hours after session end
Usage frequency: Within reasonable limits

7. 規約の変更 / Changes to Terms

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、サービス内で通知します。変更後の規約に同意しない場合は、サービスの利用を停止してください。

These terms may be changed without notice. For important changes, we will notify you within the service. If you do not agree to the changed terms, please stop using the service.

8. 準拠法・管轄裁判所 / Governing Law and Jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

These terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
